Online Coaching
More than
a program
Online coaching built around direct feedback, better execution, and the day-to-day decisions that move your training forward.
Coaching that continues as you train
Your program should not sit untouched for four weeks while you wait for the next check-in.
You have ongoing access to me throughout the week for video review, form feedback, programming changes, and the day-to-day questions that come up as you train.
The goal is simple: make better decisions sooner, adjust when needed, and keep moving forward.

When the problem isn’t effort
A lot of the people I work with are already training consistently. They do not need more motivation. They need better direction.
That may mean recurring aches or limitations keep getting in the way. It may mean progress has stalled. It may mean you train hard but still feel like something is missing.
The work starts by figuring out what is actually limiting progress and then coaching around it.
The program is only part of the process
Exercise selection matters. Programming matters.
A good program can still fall apart if the exercises are poorly executed or the feedback never changes what happens next.
Video review and form feedback are a major part of online coaching. I want to see what your training actually looks like so we can make better decisions around execution, exercise selection, loading, and progression.
Ongoing access
Message me throughout the week as questions come up.
Video review
Send training footage and get direct feedback on execution.
Programming that adjusts
Changes are made when the training calls for them, not because the calendar says it is time.
Individual coaching
Your training is built around your goals, history, limitations, and what I am actually seeing from you.

Clients.
I’ve been training remotely with Nick as a remote training client for over 2 years now, and the results have been amazing.
Not only has he helped me completely resolve my chronic shoulder and hip pain, but I’ve also gained significant strength and muscle in the process.
I’ve worked with Nick online for the last 3 years and he’s helped take my training and growth to the next level. As a professional natural bodybuilder that has trained for over a decade, progress is hard to come by, but Nick’s programming and coaching with execution tips has helped me continue to improve and become a more competitive athlete.
Working with Nick over the past two years has been the single best investment I have made for my physical health and mental wellbeing. As an online client with some in-person sessions, I healed my injury, crushed my goals, and made incredible progress in strength and body composition.
Beyond the results, Nick has reignited my love for the gym. His deep knowledge and keen eye for technique are remarkable and have transformed my approach to training.

Coach Advisory
If you coach other people and want another experienced set of eyes on the work, I’ll get hands-on with the decisions you’re making inside your actual coaching and your business.
Send me client videos. Send me programs. Send me difficult cases, training questions, or business problems as they come up. I’ll help you think through them, make better decisions, and sharpen how you coach in real time.
This is not a curriculum. It’s me getting in the trenches with you and helping you sharpen your knife as a coach while you’re doing the work.
Optional calls are available when you want to go deeper.
I’ve been working with Nick for almost 3 years now and it’s been one of the best investments in my education and training I’ve made. He’s helped me become a better coach by providing me with constant feedback and training knowledge that’s more in-depth than many courses out there.
Working with Nick has been a turning point for my training business. His advice helped me improve my content, stand out at the gym, and start reaching more clients. His approach to programming, especially for clients with injuries, has completely changed how I coach. I’m more confident, more focused, and growing faster than ever. If you’re serious about your business, Nick’s the one to have in your corner.
What began as a plan for a few in-person assessments quickly evolved into an ongoing mentorship once I realized how much my training and physique would benefit from Nick’s knowledge and expertise.
As a coach who prioritizes continuing education and development, I can confidently say that my own clients have also benefited from my work with Nick.
Working with Nick across the past three months has been extremely beneficial to further my own knowledge and to pass across to my clients in all aspects of training and movement.
Nick has a way of making difficult topics very relatable and easy to understand. Outside of our calls, he was always available through WhatsApp and nothing seemed too much trouble.
Nick, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your coaching these past few months. I’d been needing solid mentorship, and you helped me find real direction. From setting clearer goals to building confidence and creating a better income strategy, your support has been huge. It’s easy to feel isolated in this field, but your guidance reminded me I’m not doing this alone. Thank you.
Coaching across different demands
My online roster has included coaches, high-performing professionals, competitive athletes, professional athletes, and physique competitors across professional and natural bodybuilding categories.
Different goals. Same expectation: the training has to make sense for the person doing it.
Online coaching FAQ
How often do we check in?
There is no formal weekly check-in structure. You have ongoing access to me throughout the week for feedback, video review, programming changes, and questions as they come up.
How much does online coaching cost?
Most online coaching and advisory clients are between $300–$600 every four weeks, depending on the level of support.
Do I need to be an advanced lifter?
No. The common denominator is not experience level. It is wanting a higher level of coaching and taking the process seriously.
Can you help if I have recurring pain or limitations?
Yes, within the scope of training. If you have a clinical issue that needs diagnosis or treatment, that belongs with a qualified clinician. My role is helping you train intelligently around recurring limitations and build back into the things you want to do.
Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Yes, when it supports the broader coaching process.
For competitive physique athletes, however, I do not handle contest-prep nutrition or posing. My role is focused on the training side.
