Athletic Performance

Built for the
next level

Performance coaching for serious athletes who want to get stronger, faster, move better, and be better prepared for the demands of their sport.

Whether the goal is moving from high school to college, maximizing performance at the college level, or preparing for professional opportunities, the training has to match where the athlete is trying to go.

The standard changes as the level goes up

What works early in an athlete’s development will not always be enough later.

The goal is to build the strength, movement quality, physical capacity, and confidence athletes need as the demands of their sport increase.

We are not just trying to make an athlete tired. We are trying to prepare them for what comes next.

Experience from high school through the professional level

My work includes high-level high-school and college athletes, combine preparation, and current work with NFL players and professional combat sports athletes.

My own background as a Division I football player also shapes how I approach athlete development — both from the coaching side and from understanding what it feels like to actually be the athlete.

Group Performance Training

Performance built to last

Small-group performance training is typically built around 4–8 athletes and coached by me alongside Dr. Brandon Tran, DC, of Envision Sports Rehab.

Brandon brings a strength-coaching background alongside clinical experience in return-to-play and recovery modalities. Together, we help athletes develop physically, stay healthy, and perform at their best.

Just as important is the environment.

Athletes train alongside other serious athletes who are there to work, compete, and push each other forward — while still getting individualized coaching from both of us.

One-on-One Athletic Performance

Some athletes need more individual attention.

One-on-one coaching allows us to go deeper on specific performance goals, training limitations, return-to-play considerations, or the physical qualities that need the most work.

The plan is built around the athlete, not the group.

Built around the athlete. Not just the sport.

Football is a major part of my background and current work, but the process applies across sports.

The demands may change. The principles do not.

We coach athletes based on what their sport requires, what they already do well, and what is most likely to move them forward.

More than just getting stronger

Good performance training should help an athlete get stronger, faster, and better prepared for the physical demands of their sport.

But development also comes from the environment.

Training around other serious athletes creates competition, accountability, and a higher standard for what good work looks like.

The goal is to prepare athletes for what comes next — physically and mentally — without turning training into a collection of random drills.

I appreciate everything that Nick has done for me. Before I met him I was dealing with a lot of injuries in my shoulder and hips. Starting with Nick, I quickly resolved those old injuries. Today I feel like a new athlete, stronger and able to perform better than I ever could before. After working with him I’m a new athlete, new person, and have unwavering confidence in my performance without any thought of my old injuries.

I’ve been training remotely with Nick as a remote training client for over 2 years now, and the results have been amazing.

Not only has he helped me completely resolve my chronic shoulder and hip pain, but I’ve also gained significant strength and muscle in the process.

I’ve worked with Nick online for the last 3 years and he’s helped take my training and growth to the next level. As a professional natural bodybuilder that has trained for over a decade, progress is hard to come by, but Nick’s programming and coaching with execution tips has helped me continue to improve and become a more competitive athlete.
