Over 200 exercise demonstrations covering setup, execution, coaching cues, and common mistakes.
About the library
Exercise demonstrations, in one place
The Exercise Library is a collection of exercise demonstrations I’ve recorded over the years, organized into an easy-to-navigate resource.
Each exercise links to a video where I walk through the setup, execution, and coaching considerations that I think are most important.
Whether you’re working on your own training or coaching somebody else, the goal is to make it easier to find the exercise you’re looking for and understand how to execute it.
